Collection is from Unit 20, Charity Road, Riddings, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4BR. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling.
Loose collection from the stillage is normally the quickest handover option. Bring a suitable vehicle, restraints and protection for the panel sizes and weights ordered. Larger or heavier panels may require two people to handle safely.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver across the UK, subject to postcode, order details and route availability. Enter your delivery postcode in the basket to see the charge and estimated date before paying. If delivery is unavailable for your postcode, contact us to discuss your order.
Access must be suitable for the delivery vehicle. Tell us before dispatch about restricted access, parking limits, steps or another issue that may affect unloading.
Lead times
Some collection orders may be ready from three working days. Actual timing depends on board availability, order size, edging requirements, delivery routes and current workload. The date shown during configuration is an estimate until the order has been checked.
Receiving your panels
Check the number of parts and visible condition during collection or as soon as practical after delivery. Keep labels attached until the parts have been checked against the order.
If something appears damaged or incorrect, stop installation or alteration and contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs where possible.
